We are excited to share our latest Healing Offering – Mind, Body, Spirit, Fight! – a 16 day politicized cleanse to deepen our racial equity values, community & liberatory practice.
Intentionally curated around Summer Solstice and the transition from New Moon to Full Strawberry Moon, this Cleanse will prepare us for the fiery energy of the summer and get us ready for the work we have ahead of us.
This cleanse is an opportunity to make space and re/commit to yourself, to deepen your commitment to your work and to your overall wellness. The cleanse acknowledges that we are living in the smog of white supremacy, patriarchy, homophobia, transphobia, and on and on, and invites us to reclaim our wholeness and our truth, which is that we are powerful in our resistance and existence.
We invite you to join us on this healing journey from June 6-21, 2024. The program is happening virtually and requires a daily commitment to journaling, intentional eating, reading and group support.
